Team organized by St. Bonaventure's Nursing Department walks to help prevent suicide
Sep 19, 2024 | A team organized by the Department of Nursing at St. Bonaventure University raised $740 in the Cattaraugus County Out of the Darkness Community Walk, held Sept. 13 in Olean, to raise awareness of suicide prevention and funding in support of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP).
Hindman chosen to present at virtual mental health forum
Sep 19, 2024 | Dr. Margaret Hindman, assistant professor of Counselor Education, was invited to submit a proposal and selected to present at the annual Alachua County (Florida) Crisis Center’s virtual mental health symposium, Writing Our Own Story of Wellness and Healing, in observation of Suicide Prevention Month.
